Inhalt der Veranstaltung:
Das Tutorium dient der Einübung des Umgangs mit juristischen Fällen aus dem Staatsrecht, den Grundrechten und dem Europarecht. Im Mittelpunkt steht die gutachterliche und systematische Lösung von klassischen Fallkonstellationen aus dem Staats- und Europarecht. Das Tutorium stellt insoweit eine Ergänzung zu der von Prof. Dr. Hannah Ruschemeier geleiteten Vorlesung „Grundlagen des Staatsrechts“ dar.
